NIRF
(National Institutional Ranking Framework) is a methodology developed by the Ministry of
Education (Government of India) to rank higher educational institutions
across the country. It was launched on 29 September 2015 by the then
MHRD.
NIRF
provides annual rankings of universities, colleges, engineering
institutions, management institutions, pharmacy, architecture, medical, law,
research institutions, and overall category.
Objectives
of NIRF
